Accessibility statement

Last updated: May 2026.

We're building PersonalityAI to be usable by everyone, regardless of how they navigate the web. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA; we're not yet fully conformant and we're transparent about that.

What we do today: semantic HTML, keyboard navigation across the primary flows, sufficient color contrast across the Soft Studio palette, alt text on member portraits, captioned video where the source includes spoken content, ARIA labels on icon-only controls. The studio recording flow uses standard browser MediaRecorder APIs with keyboard fallback.

What we're still working on: a comprehensive audit by an external accessibility firm, captioned versions of all studio-generated video output, a full screen-reader pass on the contract flow modal, and motion-reduction preference handling for users who've set prefers-reduced-motion.

Reporting an issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on either site, please email accessibility@personalityai.net with a description of the issue, the URL, your browser / assistive-technology setup, and any context that helps us reproduce. We treat accessibility reports as critical and aim to acknowledge within one business day.

Why this matters

The product's thesis is that working artists deserve equitable access to AI talent infrastructure. If the infrastructure itself isn't accessible, that's a contradiction we'd rather close than tolerate.

Plain-English statement. Our target is WCAG 2.1 AA. Specific conformance posture is reviewed quarterly.
